(c)本項(xiàng)目的特定資格要求：3.須系我國境內(nèi)依法設(shè)立的法人組織,；4.具有電力工程施工總承包三級及其以上資質(zhì),，并同時(shí)具備國家電力監(jiān)管委員會派出機(jī)構(gòu)頒發(fā)的五級及其以上承裝（修、試）電力設(shè)施許可證,；5.具有安全生產(chǎn)許可證（有效期內(nèi)）,；6.擬派項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人具有機(jī)電工程專業(yè)二級及其以上注冊建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書,，且未擔(dān)任其他在建的建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目的項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人,；7.業(yè)績要求：無；8.其他要求：無,。
